Hey there! We know these legal pages can be dry, but they are important for setting expectations and ensuring a safe, fair environment for everyone using OneFlow. We've tried to write these terms in plain, understandable English. By using our services, you're agreeing to be bound by these rules. Take a minute to read through!

1. Welcome to the Platform

First off, welcome! We're thrilled to have you building and creating with OneFlow. When you create an account, access our website, or use any of our APIs and tools, you are entering into a binding contract with us. If you're doing this on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, we completely understand—but it does mean you won't be able to use our services.

2. Your Account and Responsibilities

To use most of our features, you need an account. Here are the ground rules for maintaining one:

• Keep it secure: You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials safe. If someone gets into your account because you left your laptop open at a coffee shop, you are still responsible for what they do.
• Keep it accurate: Provide real, up-to-date information. Don't impersonate others or use fake emails.
• You're the boss of your account: Any activity that happens under your account is your responsibility. If you notice unauthorized access, let us know immediately so we can help lock it down.

3. What You Can (and Cannot) Do

We built OneFlow to empower creators, developers, and businesses. But to keep the platform safe, there are some clear boundaries. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal activities. (This should be obvious, but we have to say it).
• Try to hack, reverse-engineer, or maliciously disrupt our systems, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Scrape our data without permission or spam our network with automated requests that degrade performance for others.
• Build or host content that is abusive, harmful, highly deceptive, or infringes on someone else's intellectual property.

If we find that you are violating these rules, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account. We don't like doing it, but protecting the community comes first.

4. Intellectual Property

What's yours stays yours: We don't claim ownership over the code you write, the content you generate, or the data your users submit to your apps. You retain all rights to your creations.

What's ours stays ours: The OneFlow platform itself, our branding, our proprietary AI models, and our infrastructure belong to us. You can't copy our logo, re-sell our core platform, or claim you built OneFlow.

5. Payments and Billing

If you upgrade to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. Here's how it works:

• Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). We'll charge the payment method on file automatically.
• Cancellations: You can cancel anytime. If you cancel, you'll retain access to your premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. We generally do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations unless legally required.
• Taxes: Depending on where you live, we might have to add local taxes to your bill.

6. "As Is" and Limitation of Liability

We work incredibly hard to keep OneFlow running smoothly 24/7. However, software is complicated. We provide the service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We don't guarantee that the platform will be 100% bug-free or never experience downtime.

In legal terms: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions) that arise from your use of our service.

7. Changes to These Terms

As OneFlow grows and evolves, we may need to update these terms. When we make significant changes, we'll do our best to notify you (usually via email or a banner in the app). If you keep using the platform after those changes go live, you're agreeing to the new terms.
